Turnaround time: All orders are shipped immediately after payment confirmation.
- File Delivery: Your purchased file(s) will be added to your account. You will receive an order receipt and a link where you can download your files. This link may be used up to 5 times before it expires on forever.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are ready for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 business days.
