FAQs
What’s included in the Hooktasy Family Memberships?
The Hooktasy Family Memberships is our monthly membership for everyone who loves to crochet, whether you’re picking up a hook for the first time or you’ve been crocheting for years. For just $9.99/month, here’s what you get:
- 8 new patterns every month. Every Friday, we’ll email you 2 fresh patterns based on what’s trending, so you always have something new to work on.
- $15 store credit after every paid month, to spend on any pattern in our shop. That’s more than your membership costs!
- A beginner course (book + videos) that takes you from your very first stitch to your first finished project.
- Premium support. Got stuck on a pattern? Members’ questions go to the front of the line, and our team is always happy to help.
How do I use my $15 store credit in Hooktasy Memberships?
After each paid month, $15 credit is added to your Hooktasy account automatically. Here’s how to use it:
- Log in to your Hooktasy account on our website, using the same email you subscribed with.
- Check your balance in [My Account → Store Credit] to see how much credit you have and when it expires.
- Shop as usual. Add any patterns you love to your cart.
- Go to checkout. [Your credit will be applied automatically to your order total.]
- Complete your order. If your order costs more than your credit, you just pay the difference.
Each month’s credit is valid for 3 months from the day it’s issued, so be sure to use it before it expires. Unused credit can’t be exchanged for cash.
