• $15 store credit after every paid month, to spend on any pattern in our shop. That’s more than your membership costs!

• Premium support. Got stuck on a pattern? Members’ questions go to the front of the line, and our team is always happy to help.

After each paid month, $15 credit is added to your Hooktasy account automatically. Here’s how to use it:

1. Log in to your Hooktasy account on our website, using the same email you subscribed with.
2. Check your balance in [My Account → Store Credit] to see how much credit you have and when it expires.
3. Shop as usual. Add any patterns you love to your cart.
4. Go to checkout. [Your credit will be applied automatically to your order total.]
5. Complete your order. If your order costs more than your credit, you just pay the difference.

Each month’s credit is valid for 3 months from the day it’s issued, so be sure to use it before it expires. Unused credit can’t be exchanged for cash.

Once your payment is successful, you will receive your pattern in two ways:

1. A download link will appear on the Thank You page right after checkout.
2. You will also receive an email with a link to instantly download your pattern. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the download email.

Buying a pattern from our store is simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Browse our collection and select the pattern you want to purchase.
2. Click “Add to Cart” on the product page.
3. Once you've added all the patterns you want to your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page.
4. Review your items and click “Checkout”.
5. Enter your billing information, then choose your preferred payment method.
6. After completing the payment, you'll receive an instant download link on the Thank You page and via email to access your pattern.
